HOW IS MY ORDER SENT TO ME AND WHAT IS THE COST?

We have a flat rate postage and packing charge per order

Orders within Mainland UK are charged at a flat rate of £3.95

International orders have a flat rate of £9.99

Orders are dispatched Monday - Friday. Please note that orders recieved after 3pm will be dispatched on the next working day.

Most orders will be sent using Royal Mail. However, bulky items will be sent by City Link next working day delivery (9am-5.30pm). A signature is required on delivery so please ensure you give us a delivery address where someone will be available to receive the package. City Link can leave a package with your neighbour if required. City Link will attempt to deliver your package twice, following this, you can collect your package directly from your local office within 7 days. Further delivery attempts will incur an additional charge.  If you have special delivery requirments, please tell us in the comments box at the checkout and we will do our best to accomodate you.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY

We will replace any of our items if it has a defect, a replacement will be shipped to you upon receipt of the faulty item. Please call or email us BEFORE sending your damaged or defective item back. We aim for 100% customer satisfaction , so if you have any problems or concerns please contact us and we will do our best to resolve them.

IS YOUR WEBSITE SECURE?

YES! OUR SITE USES A SECURE SERVER FOR THE CARD PAYMENT PAGES. Your details will not be passed on to any third parties. We may, however, periodically email you with information relating to this website and any forthcoming affiliated sites. If you wish to be removed from any mailing lists, please contact us. Our payment section is protested by a secure server for your protection.

For security purposes all online credit card transactions are handled via a secure server and processed by HSBC BANK PLC. Nobody other than HSBC and ourselves have access to your credit card details.

All prices shown include V.A.T at 17.5%. A full V.A.T invoice is available on request
