The One Stop Potty Shop aims for same day dispatch and fast delivery. We have a live inventory system, so if you see a product on our site, its in our warehouse and ready to ship! We have a flat rate postage and packing charge per order Orders within Mainland UK are charged at a flat rate of £3.95 International orders have a flat rate of £9.99 Orders are dispatched Monday - Friday. Please note that orders recieved after 3pm will be dispatched on the next working day. Most orders will be sent using Royal Mail. However, bulky items will be sent by City Link next working day delivery (9am-5.30pm). A signature is required on delivery so please ensure you give us a delivery address where someone will be available to receive the package. City Link can leave a package with your neighbour if required. City Link will attempt to deliver your package twice, following this, you can collect your package directly from your local office within 7 days. Further delivery attempts will incur an additional charge. If you have special delivery requirments, please tell us in the comments box at the checkout and we will do our best to accomodate you. The One Stop Potty Shop allows three easy methods to order your items. ONLINE ORDERING Ordering online from The One Stop Potty Shop is easy. All card transactions take place on a secure server and we accept all major Credit and Debit cards. We also accept payment by PayPal. Just add the required items(s) to your shopping basket and follow the prompts displayed. Once your order has been received, you will be given a reference and an email receipt. Your goods will then be despatched within 24 hours. ORDERING BY POST If you would like to order by post, simply send us your order together with your full address and contact telephone number, complete with a cheque or postal order made payable to 'Merchant of Magic Ltd' for the correct amount including postage, in POUNDS STERLING.
